Do We Have the Right Naval Force Structure to Execute the Nation's Strategy?

Military and congressional leaders, as well as naval strategists, convened on this topic and provided their assessments on where we are and where we need to be with respect to the force structure and resources required to satisfy U.S. national security objectives.
